Lean Face?
What should I do to lean my face out..even during cuttin? any supplements any creams..anythign? please help...appreciated..thanks

a lot of people are using yohimburn DF for this purpose with very good results.

try drinking more water and see if that helps..... I know when I start holding water it will show up in my face first. Worth a try

As soon as I cut carbs out of the diet...the face is the first to lose bloat. Try that out...maybe some clen ...I wouldnt try any "spot reduction" creams just for the fact that ya never know about irritation...plus of all the places to get it, I fuckin wouldnt want it on my face(irritation).

as a note- water intake by most bb'ers is low, particularly due the usually quite high protein intake.
as a further note- most americans are chronically dehydrated.

as a note- the original post regarding DF is quite old, yohimburn ES is much more effective for this purpose.
