Glycocyamine - 1.5g
Glucuronolactone - 2.5g
Tricreatine Citrate - 2g
Dimethylglycine HCI - 500mg

Ingredients: Silicone Dioxide, Natural Flavors, Aspartame, Red Cabbage Extract Powder, Acesulfame-K.

dose this look like a good product to take?

It is an excellent product. They have also released a newer version.

It is a creatine product. No need to add additional creatine. Tricreatine Citrate is just a more oral bioavailable form of creatine.

There is still some concern over the GPA in the new Swole. Still, Syntrax consistently puts out good products. My favorites are still Plasma Expandor (VPX) and V-12 (SAN).
