I just ordered 1000 grams of Micronized Creatine and 10 pounds of Pro-Lab Whey Protein. I plan on taking about 80 grams of protein a day with my additional 200 through my meals. I weigh about 165-170, and was wondering what kind of results I would get using a creatine/high protein diet combo. If anyone has any kind of idea on what results I could possibly get, or if you have experienced results with this combo lemme know!
