Protein/Micronized Creatine a good combo?
I just ordered 1000 grams of Micronized Creatine and 10 pounds of Pro-Lab Whey Protein. I plan on taking about 80 grams of protein a day with my additional 200 through my meals. I weigh about 165-170, and was wondering what kind of results I would get using a creatine/high protein diet combo. If anyone has any kind of idea on what results I could possibly get, or if you have experienced results with this combo lemme know!

Right now I'm bulking up throughout fall and winter. But one of the trainers at my gym, hes a pretty damn big guy. He gave me a new idea, he suggested that instead of just building bulk up, that I should also try to get cut at the same time...Let me try to explain this, He said that after i get done doing my sets for bulk, that i should do a few sets of about 15-20 reps so it would develop muscle and put on mass at the same time. I dont know how well thats going to work, but I thought it was worth a shot. But if this plan doesnt work that well, then I will definately be bulking throughout fall and winter, and work on getting cut as soon as spring begins. Let me know what you think I should do, and if the creatine will help for both of them. Thanks again man
