    general question about hydroxycut

On the label it says "Do not take within 5 hours of sleep" does anyone know a reason for this?

Also you are supposed to take 1 capsule 3X daily at the start. What is the point in taking it during lunch and dinner if im not working out at that time?

It has a stimulatory effect. That is why you do not take close to bed time. Are you taking for fat-burning effects or just as a preworkout energizer? If fat-loss is you goal you need to take it spread throughout the day to kkep your metabolism elevated. If you just want a kick pre-workout keep it for that.

You always start with a smaller dosage to access your tolerance.

I am using it for weight loss and also for a preworkout energizer. I am also taking it with a multi-vitamin.

Take one serving before breakfast or morning cardio. One serving mid-afternoon, and one serving pre-workout.

definitely - the reason it says to take it all day is to keep your metabolism raised throughout the day - the idea is to keep the "fat burning fires" going with no dips in metabolism...less crash.

As far as nothing w/in 5 hours of bed...you wouldn't want to drink a pot of coffee right before going to bed right? 'Cause you wouldn't fall asleep. Same reason, same ingredients (in a much more potent formula than coffee!)
