mostly all creatine is the same, some are diff, so id go with whatever u get the most for your money. you can make you own cell tech and all that, so thats what i do, and it saves money for more important things...jmo

Check the lab thread for cell tech, most creatine is the same. GNC will tell you it all does different things...some is true, some is total bullshit. I would suggest micronized creatine monohydrate if you're going to get that. Cell-tech in my opinion is just a waste of cash.
