waste of money or not

just got off a cycle , wondering if anybody has heard of the creatine : vitargo cgl, if so would you please give me any information if this product is worth the money or time. Any information appreciated

mostly all creatine is the same, some are diff, so id go with whatever u get the most for your money. you can make you own cell tech and all that, so thats what i do, and it saves money for more important things...jmo

I prefer VPX Plasma Expandor to all other creatines. The best strength increases, the best pumps, the best cell voluminization effect.

Cell-tech is just creatine and simple carbs. So buy some creatine and add some dextrose or gatorade powder.

I read about that vitargo cgl and it said it had no sugars and when i took cell tech i felt like i had gained muscle but also a little fat because of so many sugars. I just wanted to try a new brand and see the results. If anyone has tried this product, please respond.

200 mgs ALA
75 grams Dextrose

Bro...IMO...go with 10 grams creatine...300mgs R-ALA...and only 50 or so grams dextrose...killer combo.

Check the lab thread for cell tech, most creatine is the same. GNC will tell you it all does different things...some is true, some is total bullshit. I would suggest micronized creatine monohydrate if you're going to get that. Cell-tech in my opinion is just a waste of cash.
