    V12 or Creatine With Carbs When On NO 2

    I am askin' this question for my buddy. He is currently on NO2, and he is debating which Creatine to take V12 or a creatine with carbs. I think the v12 is a waste of money, since it has arginie in it all ready, the active compound in no2. But I could be wrong

    extra arginine will not really hurt you so it does not matter. it comes down to price and a basic creatine will do just fine. The difference with the arginine in NO2 is that it is ultered so that it is used slower. Normal Arginine is out of your systems in an hour or less.
