then regular creatine,i see these new creatine products cea-sol by muscle-link,and titrated creatine by ids.are they really better,or is it a waste of money,they make it sound impressive,but i dont want to waste my money if it is bullshit,has anyone tried these new products yet,and syntrax came out with one it is called swole??
