Yohimburn DF......

I recently started using this product on my face to try to lean it out a bit.

Two questions:

Is the DF supposed to bloat you up at first like the original version?

With yohimburn being a topical diuretic and creatine being a cell volumizer... is it ok to use Yohimburn while taking creatine cocurrently?

I've never used the original version, so i've never heard of an initial bloat from it. I used the DF version on my pecs, seemed to help a bit, but in my experience, there was no initial bloat.

As far as creatine use at the same time, I don't see a problem. Yohimburn DF is a topical diuretic...meant to get rid of water/fat stores directly under the skin...the cell volumizing effect, as i understand it, is most pronounced in muscle cells - even then, I don't think the 2 would cancel each other out at all...I'd say go ahead and use both.

This is my advice, based on my experience...but I'd be interested if other people who've used it had similar experiences or different...
