    Mixed Protein?

Hey Dudes, I've been working on my diet and came across and article that suggested using a "mixed protein shake" as the 2nd and last meal of the day. Is this any different than a whey protein shake? If so, what brands are out there?

Look at the "Penta Protein" from
    www.proteinfactory.com
has a little bit of 5 different types of protien, casein, whey, etc. Covers all the bases.

Similar, only the Penta Protein doesn't have any significant carbs. It also isn't marketed as a source of vitamins and minerals, but I'm sure it has its fair share of 'em.

The last batch of PP I ordered didn't have any flavoring, so I mixed it with some other powder that had a strong and too-sweet flavor, and it works pretty well for me. Ordered some more last week with the chocolate flavoring, dunno how it'll taste. Ya, for $7 a lb, it's ok . . .
