Vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants for bodybuilding success?

I am curious if anyone could provide me with some feedback on some good bodybuilding vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. I am currently supplementing with-
    b6, zinc, magnesium (before bed)
    r-ala
    calcium
potassium, vit c and e (post workout)
    tuarine (post workout)
    glutamine
    BCAAs
If anyone knows of any other good ones, please let me know. Thanks!

#1 - invest in a good multivitamin...i didn't see it in the list, and it's often not mentioned...but IMO it's a must. Next to that, i like vits C & E, glutamine and bcaa's if you're cutting, zma (i'm not sold on if it works, but i tend to sleep better...). Calcium is good, if you're not getting enough in your diet. I personally include milk and cottage cheese aplenty in mine, so most days i feel my calcium level is high enough...

and my favorite supplement...food, food and more food!

make sure your calcium is calcium citrate or calcium carbonate as these are the most absorbable forms of calcium. Multi is a must and make sure your vit C is in seperate doses, as it is water soluble. Vit C has anti-catabolic effects due to its immune strengthening properties. 2-3 doses of 1000mg eahc should be suffice. When I am cutting I take 4000-6000mg daily.Everything else looks good.

Vitamin E is an anti-oxidant also good for circulation it seems to make me more vascular, I like to throw in some glucosamine-chondroitin for my joints but looks like everything has already been covered.

    Whatcha gonna do brother........
