    R-ala

    I did a search on here and learned a lot about R-ALA but
    the one info I couldn' find is which R-ALA is best to buy.

    So far all I've seen is http://www.ralapure.com/.
    But each one is only 100mg. Is this a good kind?

    IMHO (a biased one)

    Glucorellr is the best r-ala product on the market
    it is accurately purity tested every lot (chiral column derivation is not accurate- the test most companies use) and contains the necessary biotin
