One thing inparticular I was looking at was Pinnacle's "Juiced Protein with MyoZap". This boasts that it blocks or neutralizes a gene in your body called Myostatin that regulates and limits muscle growth. Has anyone tried this product or any other "myostatin neutalizers"? Do they work?
Myostatin is horse****. I could go on for hours, but I won't. If you don't take my word for it, go talk to your local genetics Phd. Myostatin is the product, and Myosin is the gene, for future reference.
I asked my genetics teacher about that. She said its a bunch of crap, theres no way you can neutralize the myosin gene. You have to be born with a neutralized myosin gene.
Ya its a bunch of crap like the other guys said, and it still boggles me how frickin expensive that useless s h i t is too.
I've seen studies that show pictures of mice that have been given myosin blockers, and the difference is amazing. They were nearly twice as large as the regular mice. However, I have never met a human that has had success using the products.
It's my understanding that Myostatin is a protein, not a gene.

Its just like you can swallow large quantities of pure testosterone but your stomach will break it all down into basic amino acids and none of the testosterone gets into your blood as testosterone. Your stomach and other processes of digestion breaks stuff down, especially organic products.
