I myself have pretty thick facial hair but a friend of mine looks like he's 16 years old, and he's really 23. Will Biotin help him out at all with facial growth, or is he just outta luck.
Now for me, my question is, is Biotin a good supplement for bulking?? I use ALA daily along with a good multi-v and diet. I take Flax seed oil and chromium picolinate. From what I hear, Biotin should be thrown in the mix. Is this a good idea?? Thanks.
