What type of creatine has everyone been using lately, just straight Creatine, or the newer Creatine blends (Phospha HP, Pre-Load, AST HSC, etc...)?
Its seems that the Blended Creatine products are so expensive, but plain creatine is so cheap. Is it just as effective to make my own mix, like with powderd gatoraid, or cool aid?
