Osmo Lpc Helps absorption of supplements

LPC is Lysophosphatidyl Choline. LPC is an enzymatic conversion of Lecithin. While originally developed as a method for increasing absorption (bioavailability), it soon became apparent, because of its activity, that LPC also functioned quite effectively as a weight gain supplement. LPC's method of activity is a temporary increase in GI tract cellular porosity. LPC is most effective when taken in conjunction with fatty acid molecules, amino acids, or whole proteins. Additionally, LPC is shown to substantially increase absorption of carbohydrates, as in carbohydrate based drinks such as creatine monohydrate with juice.

Has anyone ever used this stuff and is so do you think it works?
