What is your post workout shake
what is in your post workout shake? i'm thinking i need to change mine up, and especially add more carbs.
so what all do you put in yours? what is the nutrional breakdown?

protein
fat
carbs

Mine is approximately:
400 calories
50g protein
5g fat
40g carbs

This setup tended to make me full and not wanna eat my meal an hour later and I would tend to wait 2 to 2.5 hrs, and I didn't like that esp now cause I have to work 2 hours after gym so I go light which allows me to eat soon after
