    just to clarify; who makes it, what's in it, how much $$? If it's just got the typical ingredients of most powders, I'd go with solid food ( protien rich, of course) before bed. Takes longer to digest, postponing nighttime catabolism. Guys, keep me in check here if I'm way off base here.

    Just my opinion.

    You are absolutely correct my good man. You guys all know what i eat before i go to sleep, and if you don't read my quote and you'll know.

    I'm an avid fan of slow releasing proteins before bed. Hell, when i wake up to piss, i dont get back in my bed until i slam a shake, and take some BCAA's and glutamine. Just a reflex.
