    Can too much B6 cause.......

    in week 5 of 500mgs a week for 10 weeks.....
    ive been taking 80 mgs of nolva and 800mgs of B6 cos i am lactating...
    i have heard that too much B6 can act as a diuretic.....am i hindering my gains??
    the lactating has decreased a fair bit......is there anything else i can take for the lactating that wont hinder my gains??

    I've never heard that before. Where did you read this?

    I use B6 throughout every cycle I do and have never had a problem

    ohok...
    when i went to the chemist he told me it can act as one at high dose....
    also on the lable on the bottle it says...releives fluid retention... also the aids metabolism of fats and carbs...

    I'll read up some on it and get back to the thread.

    I suppose I've never considered it as I never want any retension when on. Water retension does not produce more gains

    yeah i sorta new that.....
    i dont mind mild bloating while on...especially in early stages as it tends to put me in a different mental state...(if that makes any sense)...
    just wanted to see what yous thought...
    also if someone is wanting to loose weight and cut slightly, would B6 be something to incoporate into their diet??

    Franco Columbu's book he states it as being a mild diuretic. But Pheen is right water doesnt=Gains anyway
