    Question no2/creatine without the 10 day break?

    Hi, I was wondering what would happen if I dont take the 10 day break from creatine when I start up nox2?

    the water retained will go away and you'll be right where you started.

    So if I do take the 10 day break wouldn't it go away and I'd be right were i started all over again, or would I keep what I got from it right now? And if I do take the 10 day break should I start over with the loading phase again?

    Isn't NO2 and all that stuff really just Arganine? Wouldn't it be cheaper to stack arganine and creatine? Mark

    Stack Arginine and Nitrogen instead of N02

    U need Nitrogen to link with the Arginine and then u have a cheaper version of N02.
