When to take
Hey guys, I've searched all the past articles and found out a lot about the substances i'm taking, but i need an idea of when to take each. I'm currently on Phosphagen HP(creatine), Whey protein, and L-Glutamine. What times should i take each of these? I've also heard conflicting stories about the three fighting for absorbtion, is it true? Thanks for the help!!

I've read about the fighting for absorption thing too. The one piece of advice is it's best to take separately. If you take a dose of creatine you can take it before your protein then it will help your body to push the protein into the muscle more efficiently. If your taking glutamine then take it after your protein then it will absorb much more efficiently. It's just a good idea to get the most out of whatever you're taking. Too expenisive to waste. Never take creatine and glutamine at the same time.

I usually take creatine together with my protein shakes, I don't see it making any worse then taking them seperately.
