Thread: Weight loss??

With the new year I want to lose that weight what would be the best over the counter weight loss sup. I weigh about 230 and have about 15% bf I want to get down to like 190. I am doing a crap load of cardio like 5 times a week and I play basketball too. I am also going to work on the diet aswell. Thanks guys and girls

Have you tried tweaking your diet?
Low intensity cardio ED for 45mins first thing in the morning would help you.
ECA stack will also help and you might want to look into CKD diet.

I really like the classic ECA stack but more recently I have been trying other blends. I have liked Diesel Fuel by Chuck Diesel and I have also liked Nitro's Burn Extreme. They are both pretty solid formulations.

1. diet, check that. 2. cardio. 45min in the morn before 1st meal. 3. diet supps. i take ripped fuel and hydroxycut. and they are awesome stacked together, for me anyways.

Weight training followed by cardio. You have to run over 20 mins to actually start burning fat. I would go with the ECA stack too best legal way to loose weight
