    CLA and cutting??

    Ive been looking into getting some CLA now that im cutting, and i was wondering what everyones take on it was? Have you tried it? Was it helpful? Thanks!

    cla has proven to help when taken as the lone supp. the 9,11 cla has shown to have muscle building effects, and the 10,12 cla promotes fat loss. most supp. contain a combo of each. very good article on cla in FLEX February issue.
