I am currently tryin to get myself down to about 205 from 225 (Hey the Holidays got me LOL) Im following Bill Phillips new book Eating For Life and i feel it makes alot of sense and feel great with his meals...
After im done cutting down im lookin to pack on pure muscle for some size and mass i want to know the best supps out there to promote muscle mass

so ur tellin me just keep takin my protein 1-1.5lb of gr per body weight alot of healthy carbs
and all those supps right there and i should put on lean mass

If you training and recovery periods are right and you nutrition is in tact along with them also, you should be able to put on size.
