Yesterday I strainged myself on my last set of military presses with dumbells and I have this incredible pain in my neck and was wondering if I could take some aspirn with out it affecting my creatine/nox2/whey protien?

take the aspirin...or deal with the pain?
I'd take the aspirin, even if it totaly nulls out the supps
true...plus, i see no reason that aspirin would interfere...
honestly, i usually stick to ibuprofen for muscular pains...i find it's a better anti-inflammatory and helps more...aspirin is great for my headaches, but doesn't help me as much for muscle pain...JMO.
yeah thats what i took ibuprofen..... i thought it had aspirn in it though.... o well, it worked though
