I got Vasopro ephedra, and stacker 2 and stacker 3...just curious when I should take these when i'm cutting. I'm not going to go up to the max dosage though, as I am about a year and a half underage, and don't want to risk anything. There are no directions in the stacker 2 or stacker 3 bottle..just tells not to exceed the max dosages and that's it. How long should I take these before workouts, or should I jus t take them spread throughout the day?

i'm not real sure on what the max dosage is with stacker but i know when i took hydroxadrine (max 6) i would take either 2-3 in the morning and then another 2-3 about 30 mins before my workout (since i worked out in the evening). Just remeber to start up slow so you can assess your tolerance and don;t go over what the label says, no need to put your health at risk.
If you want to take a lighter dosage, just take it abotu 25 minutes prior to your workout. 1 pill on those each I believe is all the ephedra you need so only take 1.
