i say u have to start somewhere. anyone between 160-170 and who hasnt been lifting for awhile should not be juicing. on the otherhand i dont think starting out with alittle 1-ad/4-ad will be bad.
I don't see why PHs are any better of a choice than juice. I absolutely agree that someone like you described is in no place to start using AS. However, I fail to see how PHs are a better option - you're still playing with your hormone levels and you're still opening yourself up to the same sides...Quote:

Nyone ever get headaches while taking this stuff? I just started less than a week ago and have started getting headaches the last couple of days. The thing is I have checked bloodpressure a couple of times and hasn't been high yet.
