    Thats good to hear! How much of the gains would you attribute to the winny? About the M1-T, do you know any national stores that sell it? Where did you get it online?

    I took m-1-t for a week and the pumps in my lower back wehre so bad i had to stop. If i walked more than 50 yards my legs and lower back would pump up like a balloon
    good stuff though i am going back on in a week or 2

    i herd that legal gear is way better from what i herd. This dude on other forum said that he gained 14 pounds and **** load of strength in 2 weeks

    Pro-H gear will work. I wouldnít go as far as to say better.



    The cost alone 5 to 10x more than the darkside and you will still get sides.



    With that said if your gonna get sides anyway might as well make it worth the battle and use real gear.



    My advice, Iím afraid of getting ripped off so I make my own if you research enough ever thing is out there. PLUS I know what Iím injecting.



    In short pro-h verse darkside go for the real gear



    Itís cheaper, better and you can get sides from both but the real stuff will always out perform the pro-h.



    How can I say this I have tried about every new supp before waking up and saving money by jumping to the darkside and the way I fill out my shirt itís darn well worth the risk!!!





    Followed a friends pro-h cycle of Biotestmag-10,Methoxy-7, Trib he gained about 15 lbs cost over $400 could have made real gear for a fraction including the prices of the kits

    i say u have to start somewhere. anyone between 160-170 and who hasnt been lifting for awhile should not be juicing. on the otherhand i dont think starting out with alittle 1-ad/4-ad will be bad.

    I don't see why PHs are any better of a choice than juice. I absolutely agree that someone like you described is in no place to start using AS. However, I fail to see how PHs are a better option - you're still playing with your hormone levels and you're still opening yourself up to the same sides...

    I think for alot of people sticking themselves as versed to taking pills or just swallowing some liquid plays a factor in there decision.

    I can see that, but I think it's a common misconception that PHs are completely safe while steroids are bad, bad bad...I'd say they can both be bad if used improperly (like by someone who's still pretty young)

    I mix it with 2-3 oz of milk(like a shot) fallowed by water...I might try something sweeter like gatorade (2-3oz)
    I just tried it with orange juice...not bad

    update...What I can tell you is that I feel like a bull in the gym.Im seeing more and more muscle definition. No side effects, exept for the burn. Unfurtunately I did not took any measurments, so its hard for ya'll to say or compare. Bottom line it works....this will be my last week so I'll be taking a break and next time around I'll go for 20mg day...

    Also, kinda hard to determine the gains from winny and the M-1-T. Like I said next time around I'll go for 20mg (no winny) take measurments and go from there.

    definitely agree, hell it says right on the bottle what side effects can be from abusing them

    Update... Just stop taking M-1-T about 2 days ago and lost about 1lb today Will take mesurements soon and do it again taking 20 mg. Seen more muscle definition and still strong like a horse!!
    I'll keep taking my basic supplements: creatine, protein and vitamins.

    Nyone ever get headaches while taking this stuff? I just started less than a week ago and have started getting headaches the last couple of days. The thing is I have checked bloodpressure a couple of times and hasn't been high yet.
