    Amino Acid tablets?

    What do u guys think about taking amino acid tablets, to help produce ur prtotien in ur body?

    Huge waste of money IMO. Much cheaper to just use protein which will give you the same results.

    The exceptions to this are glutamine supplements (though some would even debate that) and the branched chain amino acid supplements (also extremely expensive, but they have value).

    Plus, a lot of so-called "amino pills" are just pills with short chain proteins in them, not even freeform amino acids...
