liquid clen and thermorexin

well i have had some bad luck with my source so now that i'm gonna cut up, i'm just gonna go ahead and order some liquid clen from lionnutrion and some thermorexin from somewhere............what doses should i take the liquid clen and should i go 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off
