Anyone eat beef jerkey as a good source of protein and a good inbetween snack

Just wanted to see if you guys snack on Beef Jerkey. It has alot of sodium but for a snack, it is loaded with protein low in carbs and tastes pretty good. Alittle hard to chew some times, but does anyone else eat Beef Jerkey? just wanted to get ya'lls input. Happy Holidays guys and gals!

I love beef jerky too. Just wish it wasn't so damn expensive. Anyone ever made their own? I had this host mother make some one time and it was damn good....wish I knew how she did it now.

making jerky is easy as hell, all u need is a dehydrater and a little patience.
my step mom makes me it all the time and it is really cheap to make, it takes like 24 hours in the machine to make a decent amount and it taste just as good as the shit you buy for 5 dollars
