    Fat Burners & Muscle Loss?

I bought what is supposed to be a decent fat burner for cutting, and I wanted to know how much muscle you loose from taking these. Also, is it hard to gain muscle while on these? Any information is great, but backed info is better. Thanks.

As with any weight loss supplement losing a little muscle is inevitable. Calculating how much you'll lose is unsolveable. It depends on the person. Just take in a high protein ratio to best compensate for whatever ever muscle you will lose.

I agree w/ daman...you can do things to minimize it, but I'd say the biggest predictor of how much muscle you'll lose will be your diet.

So, what would be a decent but doable diet that would minimize muscle loss. I havn't used a fat loss supplement since I have been lifting because i'm pretty cut.

check out the sticky thread posted by rambo "the unofficial cutting diet" or something like that - it's at the top of this forum...he gives a lot of good pointers as far as how to diet for cutting and it's geared to minimize muscle loss...
