Hey bros, I got to thinking when you take any form of creatine it shuts down your endogenous(sp) creatine production, much like when you take a form of Testosterone it shuts down your natural production. So by actually taking something like SanV12(which supposedly increases your own creatine production) while using a regular creatine product like Vitargo cgl yield better results? :scratch:
