    Cool Need info on this GuYs



    Hey fellas i'm new on the board but have been lurking for a month. decided to finally become a member. Anyway I been lifting weights for more than 6 years. heres my stats: 5'9 190 lbs 10% bf looking forward to a new bulking/cutting cycle. I lift 3-4 times a week depending on my schedule. I would like some info on if i chose the right equipment.

    1ad
    some cheap eca stack (asprin, some chromimum pills with yohimbe and caffein)
    optimum whey 100% *before i sleep 1 hr before i sleep
    MET RX WEight gainer *before i workout
    zma hp by eas b4 2 hours b4 i go to sleep and then after that i down the protein.
    Mega Men multivatimins 2 a day
    Met rx glutamin NOS
    Met rx Pro recovery drink tropical blast (i combine the dosage of glutamine nos with this stuff so the taste is decent)
    NOX3 never tried suppose to be better than NO2
    and coming soon 2 bottles of VPX liquid clen

    Any imput advice or anything at all will be appreciated!

    I'd say drop the 1ad... too much money for not much. At your size your cool with 1 megaman multivitamin a day, it's been tested and the GNC megaman multivitamins are good stuff so no need to worry about taking 2 to make up for a companies slack...save some money

    I'd say a standard 5mg creatine before workout and 5mg after would be a good suppliment, simple but some of the best results you can get with over the counter suppliments.

    As far as the liquid clen , good stuff.. make sure to take potasium and taurine pills with it or you can have some BAD side effects...your getting this advice from someone who was hospitalized for a week so make sure to take it seriously and you should have nothing to worry about.

    As the above poster said I would drop the 1ad. Also if you are going to take protein before bed take some type of casein protein. That whey you are taking is digested in 30-45 minutes after intake. Also, you drink milk with the whey to slow the digestion down to 4-8 hours (I think) that way your body would have protein coming in all night. I usually just drink a few tall glasses of milk before bed and save the whey for post workout. Instead of ZMA buy some zinc and magnesium pills. If you do a search for ZMA I'm sure you can find what exactly you would need. The reason for that is because it is much cheaper to buy zinc and magnesium pills than ZMA. The rest of it I can't comment on seeing as how I've never messed with it.

    Thanks guys for ur imput. By the way i plan on starting with minimum dosage. Get rid of Zma Hp buy zinc and magnesium pills. Get a Casein protein source blend it with milk. Add M1T i got some trac creatine and i do great with that than i have with normal creatine. Good stuff from MHP! Taurine and potassium pills? wouldn't be easier to get potassium from bananas. i'll Look for taurine pills but potassium i just eat sh*t load of bananas i mix them with my protein anyways. The eca i am using i have a problem with that i'm not gettitng sleep at all. thats why i need something to help me sleep at night. I also tend to be losing more weight *alot of water weight But i still wanna pack on th mass. I eat like a Pig i eat at least 5-6 times a day i eat chicken everyday at least 2lbs of it. I load up on eggs so i usually when i eat i drink my Met rx weight gainer protein so i get the calories from the protein along with carbs. I think the only thing that has sugar in my diet would be milk and that is skim milk Some people think i am crazy for eating like that i eat so fast its not even funny. To hell with what they say or think i'm doin this for me right I forgot to mention i'm 20 currently serving the worlds finest for the salty guys on here u know what i'm talking about YAT. i do cardio early in the morning and Workout later on in the afternoon then i load up on the chow. Again guys thanks for ur help. By the way anyone know if i should add clen or stay with the eca stack i have i?

    sounds good bro i cant really say anything about clen or eca but if ive seen a lot of ppl using them so it cant be all that bad. Make sure to get clomad or nova for pst M1T cycle.

    GNC is awful overpriced. go to www.allsportsnutrition.com and look for a multivitamin there or use a search engine. I would almost guarantee you could find cheaper than GNC. Also would drop the 1-AD as well. You can get something called "t-bomb" for half the price and still has the exact same ingredients with an even better digestable ether coating.
