What's in your shake?
Since almost everybodybuilder consumes at least one protien shake a day of their liking, I was wondering what everyone here is throwing in theirs and grinding up. I use 3-4 eggs(whole), 2 scoops of prolab advanced whey, prolab creatine and glutamine(2 teaspoons each) and about 4-5 teaspoons of dextrose. I used to chuck in a banana, but that **** got too thick and was hard to drink. Once in a while yogart or ice cream is a good change.

Any Other time - mixed with flax oil

Oh, shake not wallet ok :p
I usually drink the shake with water and then drink a glass of milk to chase it. Otherwise my mouth tastes like whey.
