Whats your MRP of choice, tast and quality?
mesotech for sure. The price is right and it has 52gm of protein and 10gm of glutamine per serving.
I mix it will 275ml of water instead of the recommended 350ml and it is just like pudding. :D

My favorate meal replacement isn't on the list. It's called Nepro. Costs about $4 for a 8oz can. You have to get used to the taste and you can't drink it all down too fast. It has everything in it (it would take me too long to list everything that's in it). Also has 475 calories. I did pretty well with 4 cans per day.

Mesotech has so much aspartame it hurts my kidneys.
Why do u think its so cheap - its lo quality.
For me it is Eas Myoplex.
I use low carb isopure choc. I mix it with dextrose when I want to make a mrp... or use it straight before bed. Very versitle.
