    mesotech for sure. The price is right and it has 52gm of protein and 10gm of glutamine per serving.

    I mix it will 275ml of water instead of the recommended 350ml and it is just like pudding.

    wasnt mesotech the MRP that had the most hidden polysaturated fats and high glycemic sugars?

    My favorate meal replacement isn't on the list. It's called Nepro. Costs about $4 for a 8oz can. You have to get used to the taste and you can't drink it all down too fast. It has everything in it (it would take me too long to list everything that's in it). Also has 475 calories. I did pretty well with 4 cans per day.

    Either mesotech or Myoplex....There was a bro on AR I remember who had a relative or he himself worked for Myoplex. If you come across this thread, let me know how much you charge for a box of bars !!!

    I use low carb isopure choc. I mix it with dextrose when I want to make a mrp... or use it straight before bed. Very versitle.

    Has anyone tired the new Optimum WHEY MRP? Its pretty cheap at internet prices, but havent tried it yet.
