A guy pointed out to me this suppliment called Juven. I haven't been able to find a whole lot of info on it, but it sounds pretty good. I don't know if it's supposed to be something that helps with protein synthesis in general, or just effect the muscles.
pro-hormones would help...You could probably make a case for Nolvadex too...
