How do you guys feel about those pre digested whey protein liquids. I've tried some of the Twinlab stuff, it is the worst thing I have ever tasted but in a couple tablespoons its got like 45g of protein. And since its "pre digested" its supposed uptake to your muscles faster. Is this stuff any good or am I drinking liquid moose **** for no reason.
