    How much protien should i be taking it daily...?

    My weight is currently 195lbs.
    How many grams of protien should i take in per day?

    I would say at the very least 1 gram per pound of body weight.......195lbs=195grams of protein per day.......at least!

    when should my protien shakes be consumed?

    morning, pre-workout, postworkout, night...?

    Well my personal recomendation would be to take 1 in the morning upon waking up with breakfast,then take 1...maybe about 20 grams....30 minutes prior to working out,then take 1 right after or within an hour of your work out and you can take your last right before you go to bed.Keep in mind if you do all this also continue to eat normal food and work out hard.Good Luck!

    if you're into adding lean mass, you need to bump up your protein to at least 1.5 x your body weight (292.5 g). That is the minimum you should have as a bodybuilder who is not cutting. Besides, if you are only eating 195 grams of protein, that equals just under 800 calories, and your daily value should be above 3000 when bulking, which leaves 2200 of what? fats and carbs?

    I personally weigh 165 lbs. I have an extremely fast metabolism which does not allow me to gain weight unless i eat over 3000 calories. I make sure that every day i eat at least 260-270 grams of protein. One way to add protein is to double scoop your protein shakes. Instead of one scoop, use 2 or 2.5. this adds 20-30 g per shake.

    I have one shake in the morning and then one about a half hour after I workout. If you're trying to put on lean mass, consume 1.5x your bodyweight in protein.

    1.5grams per pound weight. Breakfast, late morning, lunch, before workout, after workout, before bed should be fine

    real food > shakes.. if you have a chance eat real food for a protein source and limit your shakes to post workout shakes with dextrose..
