Well, if you live like you type, it's no suprise.
The steroid question is better asked in the steroid section. Even then, they'll tell you that you need to do some research, you can't do much of anything useful with what you currently have. Other than that, read up and SLOW DOWN.
Next you need to eat enough to gain weight. If it's that difficult for you, make it lots of red meat and "cheat" foods. Be sure you're getting at least 200+ grams of protien per day at your weight. More is better. 6-7 meals a day, start at 3500 calories/day and up it 500/day every week until you gain. Make sure you are getting plenty of carbs, both simple and complex. And plenty of essential fatty acids. Don't be afraid of gatorade at this point, especially right after a workout....gatorade with about 60 grams of protien.
Your training needs to be heavy and compound. If you have too much volume, you'll burn up and never build new tissue. Train 4 days a week, 12 sets per bodypart, HEAVY, 4 sets for biceps/triceps, and NO CARDIO.
Get all of that in check and make some gains naturally, before you consider steroids . They aren't a magic bullet, they will only work if everything else is in check first. And it doesn't sound like you have nailed yours just yet. But turn up the weight, crank up the food, sleep LOTS and slow down. That's the first step.

Skip the hormones for right now...eat like a horse and get plenty of protein.

Yeah. Save the money from the steroids and invest in food.
I got bigger from taking steroids but not because I was on steroids. I got bigger because I started eating like a horse and kept it up. I didnt want my cycle to go to waste so I kept buying food. Come to find out, I researched bulk diets and that is 80 percent of what I needed.
Buy some CYTOMAX. It will keep your body from digesting your muscle instead of fat. Cytomax gives yoru body the energy and nutrition it needs and trains the body not to break down the muscle for a food source. I had that problem too. I wouldnt eat enough and all my gains were wasted because my body didnt have enough fat to digest so it went to the next best thing. Muscle tissue.
Steroids are uselsess if your body keeps eating the muscle you build.
If you plan on using steroids, plan on spending 500 minimum dollars a month on food.
If you dont, dont come here and ask why you see no results cause you will get flamed for not being prepared.

I'm pretty sure he already has the stuff. I don't know what the shelf life is like for that stuff, but I'm sure he doesn't want to waste it either.

first off eat eat eat and then eat some more.... basically stuff yourself with healthy foods, your stomach should be full all the time.
steriods are not right for you yet. Stick with the creatine, glutamine, protein, and multi vitamins. And you dont have enough sust to run a cycle. What about anti e's and clomid for pct? you need to research

like everyone said eat now and skip the juice for now. I was alittle smaller than you when I started, you need to get the diet in order first or your just gonna continue wasting money on all the supps you keep buying.

First, you need to go and read up on the proper diet for yourself, and then learn a little about what steroids are, and the characteristics of each. There is never enough information in which one can obtain, when it comes to messing with the body's natural chemistry. When you understand this then mabe consider looking into using gear.

First, how long have you been SERIOUSLY lifting for? None of this off and on bull****. Before you go to the gear, you need to know if you have platued or if you are not doing something right.
I use to be in your same boat. I was 6'2" 140lbs. and just starting lifting seriously for 3 years before my first cycle. I only gained 45lbs in 3 years becasue I have a ****ING FAST metabolism. I got all the way up to 185lbs. before my body platued.

i hear a lot of "skinny" guys say they eat so much of what ever they want, yet are terribly skinny...i had a roomate like that...when in fact if you sit down and write down everything you eat i would be willing to bet you dont even average 2000 calories a day after 7 days of eating....eating 2-3 ****tty meals a day does not mean that you can eat all that you want and stay skinny. for all you know you are not even close to your recommended caloric intake. do me a favor...write down everything you eat every day for 7 days and add up the calories...see what you get and post it.

There is such a thing as hyper thyroid where it is suggested that they nuke your thyroid with radiation to cause it to slow down. You literally could eat 5,000 calories and not gain weight. It is not a healthy condition and Im sure you would be aware of it instead of just saying, I eat a lot and probably have that. Trust me, you would know.
I didnt stop eating today. Ate everythign I saw and if I wrote it down it would come out to about 400 calories. Chips, salsa, popcorn crunch n munch, rice chicken etc. All the snacks add up to 4 hundy but it still seems like a lot.
Anyway. Keep eating and lifting.

Bermich: where did you hear this info about cytomax? I was under the impression that all it did was aid in giving you energy. I realize if it's burning carbs instead of muscle obviously that's a good thing but why would cytomax be any diff than anything else?

Don't even think about going to the darkside just yet...Get some protein in you. Try to get 210-280+ grams a day. More is better. If your metabolism is high like you say, cheat like LH told you. Good luck bro.,

This is kinda off topic, but have any of you seen that Japanese guy in the eating contests who weighs like 100 lbs and ate 30+ hot dogs and 52 cow brains at the glutton bowl all in one hour? how the f*** is that possible that hes not a fata-- by now? How does that stuff all fit in his stomach at all? I mean the 52 cow brains would weigh at least 40-50 lbs!

Dont buy into advertising hype, cell tech this, nitrotech that... for one I probably didnt have enough steady training before i did my first steroid cycle this past October, now I have tender tendons in my elbows from being maybe over ambitious with pec press weights. When it comes to weight gainer shakes, just make sure its based on whey for protein and try to count up at least 1000 calaries in weight gainer shakes a day and try to drink it down "with meals" rather then in between. The shakes spoil the appetite but if you wash down lunch with them, then this is a good way to get the extra calaries in. As for food.. I believe in Wendy's supersized double and triple burger meals for lunch. A triple is 3/4 pound burger, fries are tons of carbs - a good weight gainer and about 50 grams of protein in one standwich.
Also looks like you only have enough sust to do 250 mg a week of sust. You need double that, or else why not try this? Tongkat Ali is just hitting America, there are several brands including Red Kat, you can get Red Kat for $30 a bottle on the internet, GNC wants $105 for the same bottle, basically this stuff called Euricoma longifolia or tongkat ali is some potent stuff, it lowers your SHBG which essentially soars when on steroids and basically deactivates your testosterone but it also can lift your testsoterone levels 4.5 times and free testosterone up to 10 times higher, arguably can raise your natural testosterone to levels higher then a 500 mg a week testosterone injection program or "double" the sust you have! You could try the higher testosterone scene this way without damaging your HTPA system or shrinking or your balls, etc.

i started off the same as u i first started lifiting when i was 18 and wieghed 135lbs.. i was skinny as hell and my arms were like toothpicks.. 2 years later im at 195 and still gaining.. i tried just about everything out there like creatine, test pills, swole, n02, etc.. and nothing compares to protien.. protien does wonders.. eat like there is no tommarow and work out like theres no tommarow and you will gain.. and also stay away from the tredmill..

how long have you been working out though? if its only your first few months you dont even need to take creatine. i have bad genes too but when i first started working out i had the best gains of my life. eat as much as you can, drink as much protein as you can, stay commited to the gym (make sure you have approptiate rest days), make constant progress and research on everything knowledge is power. only take the creatine once you've hit your plateau and once supplements start to loose their effect THEN start your cycle. and another thing i noticed was drinking every weekend hindered my gains ALOT. cut back on that if drink often. good luck bro
