    My eating plan

    This is what I eat each day. Could you tell me if I'm eating right or whether I need in change things.

    0800 - 4 x Brown Bread
    Cup of tea

    0900 - Protein Drink
    Creatine
    Norateen 2
    Cup of tea

    11.00 - Can of Tuna
    Protein Drink

    13.00 - High protein meal

    15.00 - Protein Drink
    2 x Breasts of Chicken
    Norateen 2

    18.00 - High protein meal
    L-Glutamine

    19.00 - Workout (45-50mins)

    20.00 - creatine
    Protein Drink
    Norateen 2

    22.00 - L-Glutamine
    4 x Brown Bread, with p/butter

    Monday:Shoulders
    Tuesday: Back
    Wednesday:Chest
    Thursday:Abs & Bi's
    Friday:Tri's & Legs
    Sat: REST
    Sun: REST

    your diet doesnt have any fruit in it...you should have atleast two different types of fruit in it. Id say go for banana, orange, apple, and/or tangarine

    what are you trying to achive with it? is a cutting, buklking or maitnence diet?

    How many grams of Carbs/Prot/Fats are you getting?

    Eating Plan

    Thanks LM1332, I did'nt think about eating fruit. I think I'll eat bananas and apples/ oranges. One for B/fast, Lunch,Dinner.

    Elliot, Originally I was going to bulk but I have now decided to start cutting. I'm 13 stone 5ft 10.

    i wouldnt take that first creatine so early b4 your first workout, take it like an 30 min b4 your lift

    ya i also agree no use in taking your creaitne so early when ur workout is at night take it half and hour to an hour before your workout and then right after your workout..

    I agree, You need your simple carbs. You can also though in Oj,apple juice, drink alot of cranberry juice(keep the system flushed out).
