Question What were your results from creatine?

I was wondering what some of your results was from creatine, and if your biceps got bigger, by how much?

I've gained around 10-15 pounds on it. About an inch or two on biceps...it's a good product. I like Micronized Creatine by AST.

I now use the vitamin shoppe brand body tech. It’s a great product. Truthfully as long as you get a good creatine in powder and keep with it and hydrate your self. It works great. I added about 5 to 7 lbs.

On the bad side I don’t take it before bed anymore.

after the loading week I only do 2.5g two times a day

I don't get anything from Creatine. I wish I did with all the money I spent on it. I have tried Cell Tech, TRAC, AST micronized, etc. I didn't gain anything. I guess I am one of the 5%.

Creatine worked for me in the beginning, as i gained about 8 lbs in the first month or so. However, my gains tapered off after that. I've been on cell-tech for about 8 months now. I loaded when i first started and im not taking a scoop and a half a day. Do you guys think that i should cycle it or just keep taking it?

Creatine is not a supplement to increase weight or strengh, Creatine gives you an extra amount of energy at the moment of intake that no other supplement (beside steroids can give you). In a strange way to say it, creatine makes your muscles avoid stopping at the ussual limit when your lifting weights without having creatine before. In other words it it avoids commands of your mind that reflect tiredness and fatigue.
    that's it guys

The gains of creatine come because you are pushing your muscles at a higher dose of heavywork, and also beacause of that amount of extrawork your body needs to recover with extra protein and food. The more energy you use the more protein you need to recover.

sorry shory, but you're wrong. There have been clinical studies where it has been proven to increase water and nitrogen retention.

It's amazing how little people know about creatine. I should take the time to post a thread about creatine so people aren't mislead as much.
