give some info on new cycle
all right i am 6'4 280 pounds and play collage football and i am taking some **** right know bc it is offseason really just to get bigger not worried about strength body fat is 18.8
Takeing optimal nutrition 2Xday moring and before i go to bed
Also taking L-arginine 3000 grams in moring and 3000grams after workout
and 10grams of creatine after workout
should i go the loading stage i read it really does not differnt
just need some responses go from there

First off, the stuff you mentioned wouldn't be considered a cycle, because none of what you mentioned has to be cycled.
Secondly, everything you mentioned is very mild and you probably won't see much of a change unless your body is severly lacking one of them.
Thirdly, 10g of creatine is too much. You should stick with 5g per day. On the days you work out you can go for 10g, but spread out. Like 5g an hour before you work out and 5g right after your workout. Taking 10g at one shot can raise your serum creatine levels and cause all kinds of problems, particularly with the heart.

What kind of restrictions do you have with the football thing? I'm sure they have a list of off limits suppliments at the college level.
