Need some Info
i am taking Creatine, L- Glutamine, and Whey Protein what are some good ways to take this stuff and how much thank

1.5 grams of protein per pound of weight. creatine 5 grams in the morning and 5 grams after workout. And glutamine anytime just 5g

lm1 hit it on the spot... make sure you get atleast 50g of protein immediatly after your workout

Creatine 5g per day. And extra 5g on workout days is okay.
L-Glutamine, as much as you want, because most of it gets destroyed in the stomach unless you get it in pill form that's designed to make it past the stomach.
Whey, like LM said, just make sure you take it about half an hour after your workout and then about three hours after that.

I take 40 g whey 2 x a day (once pwo and once in morning). I take 5 g L-glut in the morning and 5-g pwo. Then, when i start on creatine again soon, i will take cell tech pwo (7.5 g creatine and 56 g dextrose)
