What is the effective dosage for 1-AD?

I just bought a bottle of 1-AD but I'm very hesitant about the dosages I must take. This is my first prohormone cycle and I don't know what would be the effective dosage for my age and weight. I am 19 years old and weigh 157 pounds (5'10). I was planning to take 100mg per day (the minimal dosage), but many people here claim that dosage is ineffective and that I'm wasting my money.

    Please, enlight me.

I've read that the effective dose is as high as 1g per day. I had a site that listed all of the effective dosages for all of the pro-hormones but I don't remember what it is.

As have I, but the people who actually experienced results from what I know were only around a 35% success rate. If your going to take it, shoot for 700-1000mg a day. Not worth the money if you ask me.

From the feedback I've seen 1-AD produces pretty nice results for most...not as good as 1-Test, but still pretty adequate. On the low end I've seen some first time users do well on just 300 mg per day, while more experienced (or larger...over 200 lbs) users need anywhere from 900-1200 mg per day.

Only thing that will do is waste your supplement and waste your money. You'll just piss or **** out the excess.

You don't excrete the excess, your body just changes it from one form to another. That's always been the problem with 1-AD, the conversion is unpredictable and changes from one person to the next. It's supposed to convert to 1-Testosterone but it can also convert to DHT.

So your trying to tell me that what doesn't get used doesn't get excreted? That's like telling me when I drink a gallon of water I won't be needing to use the restroom for the day.

Bro, its not creatine. Your body will use a hormonal compound in one way or another.

Also, why do you assume any will get wasted. Do you think pro bodybuilders waste testosterone when they inject 2-3 g a week of it?

Some guys do well on 200 mg of something while others need double, triple, or even quadrouple to get the same effect.

No, it's not like telling you when you drink a gallon of water you won't be needing to use the restroom for the day.

Creatine is kind of odd, the stuff we take isn't actually creatine, it has to be converted to bioavailable creatine. And that isn't like a free form amino. Something like vitaminc C will be excreted. Free form aminos are just changed from one kind of amino to another. Creatine only exists in the body as creatine and creatinine.

Creatine is used mainly by the skelital muscles, and creatinine is the residual leftover after creatine is used. Because of this, the kidneys will not filter creatine, they will only filter creatinine. So, there is no way for the body to get rid of unused creatine, which increases the serum creatine level. If a person has a kidney problem, they won't be able to filter the creatinine properly and that raises the serum creatinine level.

So, it's impossible to urinate out creatine because the kidneys don't filter creatine. The creatine we ingest is absorbed mainly in the intestine and the body converts it into bioavailable creatine. There is no limit to the amount of creatine the body can produce like there is with protein (creatine has to be produced by acting on the creatine we ingest, while protein is pulled out of the protein suppliments or protein rich foods we eat and rely on more enzyme action), so there's no chance that the excess will end up in the bowl either.

In short, excess creatine isn't excereted and can't be excreted.

I ran the recommended dosage + 4ad and had good results in both mass and strength. Good enough results that if it wasnt so expensive to run all that stuff I would continue with the rec'd amount.

In order to take the 1ad right you should cylce it by taking 1 for the first two days to get your body used to it and then tkae 2 for 2 or 3 more dasy and then cyle 3 and if you want take 4 but when you getting off it do they same thing by lowering the dossage by 2 pills for 5 days and then 1pill for 5 days so you easy you test down a lil bit.. the 1ad works beautiful..make sure you dont pay more then $40 a bottle
