    i can get 4 tubs of protein 5kg online for about £80 pounds ,is protein all the same or is the cheap stuff nasty?

    most of the time the cheap stuff's nasty... Go with pro-rated/optimum if the shipping is bearable as you can get 10 lb's for about 40 bucks + shipping.

    Avoid the cheap stuff, its cheap for a reason.

    I take it your a brit, so the best protien powder i have used and still use is, reflex nutrition instant whey. tastes good, mixes easily, and has over 70 grams of protien per 100 gm.

    I always suggest people just get a small container before going for bulk. I had to go through like 5 brands before I got one that tasted good and didn't upset my stomach.
