I've been in a debate with a buddy at the gym. Is there any point in taking 1-AD and old formula Xenadrine at the same time? He wants to lose some fat but add muscle. I have serious doubts about 1-AD to begin with.......I've never used prohormones so my knowledge is limited....any thoughts???? :unsure:
I get the idea behind it, but I don't know if 1-AD is strong enough to keep you from losing muscle. The amount you'd have to spend in 1-AD to keep yourself from losing muscle would be better spent in building more muscle after cutting. I think a better choice would be HMB for slowing down muscle loss. It costs just about that same as 1-AD, but it's specifically for preventing muscle loss. You can look into Juvin, which costs less than HMB itself and is supposed to work very well in preventing muscle loss.
So there would be little to no gains with 1-AD? I'll look into HMB and Juvin....
