2 Many supplements too much?
:yellowcon OK guy's, I just heard yesterday that If you take too many supplements it is bad for yeah. Cause they said, "By mixing all the supplements and vitamins, it could counter react one another." Is it true?
Here is what I'm taking, tell me if i need to take or not to take.....(or even add)
Animal pack (before workout)
Multivitamin (morning)
L-arginine (before workout)
L-glutamine (before workout)
BCAA (night..animal pack as amino acid thats way more at night)
CLA (before workout)
Liver Aid (morning)
Milk thistle (night)
L-lysine (night)
Gluclosamine/chondroitin (night)
